QRSplice lets you transfer text files between your devices without needing any network connectivity. Your file gets sent to the other device as a stream of QR codes that get reassembled automatically. Perfect for times when you dont have wifi connectivity on your iPad but need to send data to your iPhone or vice versa. Data can be imported and exported easily between apps that support iOS document interaction (i.e. Dropbox and Evernote) or any app using copy/paste.
